MISSING FOUND DROWNED: Robert Seth Walter

The body of missing 20-year-old Robert Seth Walter has been found drowned -- submerged with his car in a Clay County pond. While a formal ID is still pending at this time, the automobile has already been confirmed as belonging to his family and they have publicly acknowledged he is in fact the deceased. Read original story and missing person report below. Killing Killers is broadcasting a missing person alert *today for Robert Walter, 20, who disappeared from downtown Kansas City Missouri on the evening of August 3rd, 2013 at around 10 PM.
 
Walter is a resident of that city and was last seen clad in dark summer clothing and matching high top sneakers near 17th Street and Madison Avenue.
 
MISSING/DROWNED: Robert Seth Walker
Both he and his car have vanished without a trace.
 
Robert Seth Walter is a Caucasian male, over six-feet tall and 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. 
 
He drives a maroon 2012 Nissan Altima (with Missouri plates MK8-E8X) which is said to have minor front end damage.

Walter's mother is also offering a $20,000 reward for "valid information that leads directly to [her] son and persons involved with his disappearance."

Anyone with any information whatsoever about what happened to him or his current whereabouts is urged to call the Kansas City Police Department's missing person homicide unit at 816-234-5136.

  3. I think 20 year old guys don't just accidentally drive into a pond and drown. Had to be something else involved..... (1) foul play, (2) he was bad drunk (3) drugs...... something is up with that. And why would he be up there in Clay county anyway? Sounds like foul play to me. I hope an autopsy and investigation are completed by homicide detectives.

  4. maybe this is what got him killed or maybe not.

    Robert was an adventurous spirit and loved by many. He is gone, but never forgotten. His legacy will live on through his friends and the work they will do for his favorite cause; gay rights.

    Some drowning victims were in bars frequented by gays. halifax even had 2 victims go missing from gays bars within 24 hours. Do not know if he is a murder victim ,but pretty sure some of them have been murdered and no one is making the connection.

  6. If anyoneverything knows something about Roberts drowning death I beg you as his mother to contact tips program you do not have to leave your Name! I agree it find it very strange my child would be in liberty when who knew not one person that lived in liberty! Please if you know anything contact tips holine! I live my life asking why with no answers or help from police!
