Investigators are totally stumped and at a standstill over the
Baby Doe case, however, because there was no sign of trauma or neglect on the deceased child's body, and they still can't figure out where she came from and who her family is.
DNA analysis is pending, but may require additional weeks of waiting to see if those results match up with anyone currently listed in a national database.
