Body of Nathan Kermensky Found in MA Dam

The body of missing 26yo Nathan Kermensky (below) was found snagged in the gates of a Connecticut River dam on Thursday morning.

"This was at the Holyoke Gas and Electric Dam on Gatehouse Road," a spokesman for the Massachusetts police explained over the weekend.

He stated that one of the workers from "a Gas and Electric crew was flushing down by the fish lift and the body came through."

MA police confirm missing 26yo Nathan Kermensky has been found drownedKermensky's is the second corpse pulled from those waters in as many days -- missing teen Brianna Cuoco was also recovered from the Connecticut last week.

In another apparent coincidence, the 18-year-old woman had also disappeared in late January and, like Kermensky, lived in Hadley Mass.

A missing persons report for the 26-year-old college maths tutor was first filed by his family on January 29, 2016 after they lost contact with him earlier in the week.

His vehicle was later found parked at the Norwottuck Rail Trail near Northampton with the keys still in it and a multi-agency probe was launched, albeit "foul play wasn't suspected" at that time.

Today Massachusetts authorities continue to investigate the disappearance and drowning of Nathan Kermensky, whilst hinting he may have "committed suicide."

Anyone with information about this young man's death (and that of Brianna Cuoco) should call 911 or the Hadley Police Department at (413) 584-0883.

Missing 22yo Zachary Marr Found Drowned in Charles River

Boston officials are confirming that 22yo Zach Marr -- missing since mid February -- has been found drowned tonight in the Charles River.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/1477668411
A BPD spokesman told reporters this evening that passersby spied a body in the water near where divers had repeatedly searched for Zachary Marr when he vanished from a popular tavern last month.

Investigators have been convinced throughout the ensuing weeks that Zach Marr "fell into the river" after bouncers denied him reentry to the bar where the out-of-towner had been celebrating his birthday with  cousins.

Following his missing persons report, both representatives for the Bell In Hand and Boston Police Department claimed to have viewed surveillance video showing Marr wandering away at "closing time," although he had no coat and just texted his relatives still inside the premises.

The waterfront location searchers focused on once video allegedly emerged last month showing the missing youth "falling into the water" is almost a mile from the Bell In Hand, and, coincidentally, exactly where his corpse was found today.

None of that footage was ever released to the public, but the circumstances of Boston's latest disappeared and drowned young man is not considered suspicious. Read Killing Killers' original alert for Zach Marr here.

Body of Zachary Marr is in the River, Per Secret New Video

Cops looking for the body of Zachary Marr in a Boston river today have declined to release secret "new video" showing "he fell into the water."

A spokeswoman for the Boston Police Department told the Boston Globe this week that "new" footage emerged "recently" which led divers to focus their search efforts near the Charles River Dam.

However, she wouldn't elaborate on the film's content or where it came from, and also said the BPD has "no plans" to let the public view it.

http://www.killingkillers.blogspot.com“The video shows a male heading toward the water and disappearing,” Police Commissioner Bill Evans also stated. "It’s a sad case.”

Boston tourist Zach Marr disappeared early in the morning of February 13th, after being prevented from reentering a popular tavern where he'd been celebrating his birthday with relatives -- allegedly because it was about to close.

Marr, 22, was a stranger in the big city and wasn't wearing an overcoat during his ill-timed and ill-fated cigarette break, despite subfreezing temperatures.

It therefore sounds rather unlikely he would've strayed too far from family members still inside the pub at closing time; let alone almost a mile.

Pressed about the secret footage which would seem to prove otherwise, a second BPD spokesman said only that investigators "were shown new video that has pointed us into this direction and we are searching the Charles River."

He too declined to provided additional details, but, if Zachary Marr is indeed found drowned there, he would be one of many young men who mysteriously went missing in such a notorious municipality during cold weather, and met an icy, watery end.

Missing Boston Student Dennis Njoroge Found Drowned in Charles River

Body found in Boston's Charles River on New Year's eve is missing college student Dennis Njoroge (shown in the poster below).

Missing college student Dennis Njoroge found drownedIn a troubling pattern that has plagued cities like Boston for the past two decades, the 21-year-old Northeastern University media-arts major abruptly disappeared from his campus on November 29, 2015.

A native of Kenya, Njoroge moved with his parents to Massachusetts in his youth. They filed his missing persons report when he uncharacteristically lost touch with them and failed to attend anymore school activities.

A month later, on December 31st, a young man's corpse was spotted in the Charles River, and positively identified as the missing college student over the weekend.

This is the same waterway where the body of 23-year-old grad student Jonathan Dailey was discovered in the winter of 2012, bound in chains and weighted with cement.

It's also not far from the city reservoir where missing honors student Franco Garcia was found drowned, after he mysteriously vanished while using a downtown ATM.

As with Dailey's and Garcia's peculiar cold-weather drownings, Boston police are claiming there is "nothing suspicious" about the similar disappearance and death of Dennis Njoroge as well.

In fact, they informed reporters yesterday that they don't even plan to fully investigate it because -- as is typical for waterlogged bodies -- there were "no signs of trauma" on Boston's latest drowned young man.
